This is where we develop the overall design direction based on your brief and present our initial ideas for each space. Our concept presentations include 2D layouts and drawings covering furniture arrangements, lighting schemes, flooring, and wall finishes throughout the property.

You will also receive curated mood boards featuring colour palettes, fabric and material samples, along with inspiration imagery for furniture, lighting, bespoke joinery, accessories, and artwork - all carefully tailored to reflect your personal style and vision.

D E S I G N  D E V E L O P M E N T

Once the design concepts have been approved, we move into the detailed development stage. This includes bespoke joinery design, interior architecture, and decorative detailing. At this stage, we also provide a fully itemised cost breakdown aligned with the agreed project budget, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process. Throughout every project, we place a strong emphasis on lighting design to ensure it works seamlessly with the furniture layouts and overall room schemes. We carefully consider how each space should be illuminated and how lighting should function day-to-day.

In larger renovations, seemingly small details can easily be overlooked. For example, we ensure electrical sockets are positioned correctly for decorative lighting and practical use - avoiding unsightly trailing wires or inaccessible power points. Along with a dedicated plug for that Christmas Tree!

With access to an extensive network of trusted suppliers worldwide, we source exceptional pieces and materials on behalf of our clients. A comprehensive specification document is prepared outlining all proposed furnishings, finishes, and items available for procurement. We can also coordinate deliveries and logistics to ensure everything arrives on schedule for installation or is securely stored until needed.

P R O J E C T C O O R D I N A T I O N  &  I N S T A L L A T I O N

To ensure a smooth and efficient installation process, we work closely with contractors and specialist trades, including electricians, plumbers, and other subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out in line with the approved design plans.

Where required, we also collaborate alongside your chosen architect to maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout the project.
